Before Your Appointment

Please arrive at the agreed time and make sure your dog has had an opportunity to toilet beforehand. Tell Amber before the appointment about any fleas, contagious conditions, recent surgery, veterinary restrictions, bite history or handling concerns. Prompt collection when contacted helps maintain the salon's calm one-to-one environment.

Quotes and Appointment Length

Every groom is quoted individually according to your dog, the service chosen, their coat condition and the work required. Most full grooms take around two to two-and-a-half hours, although your dog's wellbeing determines the pace. An estimated collection time will be provided, and Amber will contact you when your dog is ready.
